fix(ci): rewrite workflow without data.forgejo.org proxy

- Replace actions/checkout with direct git clone from Forgejo
- Replace actions/setup-python with apt install python3
- Use sshpass for deploy instead of appleboy/ssh-action
- Compatible with self-hosted Forgejo runners
