ci: simplify pipeline (CI auto only) + manual deploy script 
- Remove deploy.yml (runner can't reach pavillon80 network)
- CI workflow: lint + test on all pushes
- scripts/deploy_prod.sh: manual deploy via SSH to pavillon80:444
